In it you will discover eight timeless, scientifically proven principles that will help move you from a health breakdown to a health breakthrough.

To help you start the New Year right, Florida Hospital is offering the Creation Health Breakthrough Challenge and giving away the following:

  1. 3-Day Rejuvenation Weekend - 10 people will receive a rejuvenation weekend valued at over $1,000

3-DAY REJUVENATION WEEKEND

An important part of Dr. Reed's new book is the 3-Day Rejuvenation Weekend. The weekend is designed to slow you down and teach you the principles of healthy, balanced living. How? By completely structuring a 3-day period, this weekend helps you break some of the bad habits that put additional stress in your life and build better habits. Want to experience it for yourself? Enter our Creation Health Breakthrough Challenge below. We will be selecting 10 people to experience this weekend of teaching, rest and rejuvenation with Dr. Reed and her team. If you are selected, you will receive:

  • Free accommodations for the weekend
  • Free meals for the weekend
  • Free seminar materials for the weekend
  • Free autographed copy of the The Creation Health Breakthrough book
  • Free gifts and other surprises to help you experience your own health breakthrough
  • Personal instruction from Dr. Monica Reed and her team throughout the weekend

The weekend will take place at a retreat center within a 2 hour drive of Orlando. The 3-day weekend will begin on Thursday evening, March 1 at 5pm and will end on Sunday, March 4 at 3pm (we want to give you a month time from when we notify you to the retreat date so you can make arrangements to take time off work or any other details you need to see to.)

 

DO YOU QUALIFY?

To be eligible for the 3-Day Rejuvenation Weekend you must meet the follow criteria:

1. Commit to spending all three days at the at the retreat center (from Thursday, March 1st at 5pm to Sunday, March 4th at 3pm).

2. Provide you own transportation to and from the retreat center (the drive may be up to 2 hours away from Orlando)

3. Be willing to talk with the media about your experience (may include television, radio, print, internet, etc.)

4. Eat healthy vegetarian meals (you'll understand why when you come to the weekend)

5. Be prepared to do some light exercise (nothing too strenuous)

6. Be willing to spend some time reading, writing and reflecting on your life goals and dreams

7. Discuss openly how the weekend has effected you

OTHER PRIZES

Even if you aren't one of the 10 people selected to participate in the 3-Day Rejuvenation Weekend you could still be a winner. Twenty-five additional people will be selected to receive a Creation Health Breakthrough gift basket filled with things to help you experience your own Health Breakthrough.

All winners will be notified via e-mail by January 26th. Please note Florida Hospital employees are not eligible to win.

Prizes and Rules

To enter the Florida Hospital The Creation Health Breakthrough challenge you must fill out an application at www.CreationHealthBreakthrough.com or at one of Dr. Monica Reed's seminars (between January 6th and 16th). Winners may receive one of the following prizes:

1. 10 people will receive a 3-Day Rejuvenation Weekend valued at over $1,000
2. 25 people will receive a gift basket filled with tools for a Health Breakthrough valued at over $100

The following Rules apply for the challenge:

1. Employees of Florida Hospital and Adventist Health System are not eligible.

2. Application must be submitted by January 18th.

3. Winners will be selected by Florida Hospital and all results are final. No purchase necessary. No prize substitution. Must be 18 years of age or older. Only one winner per household. Prizes are non transferable and not negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.

4. Winners will be notified via e-mail by January 26th, 2007. All prizes must be claimed by March 1st, 2007. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Florida Hospital may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries. Florida Hospital, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use of these prizes.

5. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. All Federal, state, and local laws and taxes apply. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Florida Hospital, and may be enacted at any time.
